Marisol Rodriguez was born and raised in Chicago, hailing from Logan Square. Marisol has worked for CME Group for 13 years and serves in her current role as an Innovation Lab Coach & Facilitator. Prior to that, her two previous roles at CME Group were Innovation Lab Coordinator and Administrative Assistant in the Market Regulation Department. She is a Gender & Women’s Studies graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is also credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach. Marisol started her career in crisis Intervention and training, providing advocacy services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and uses that experience to provide compassion and heart to the innovation and coaching work she does now. Marisol relishes the opportunity to assist individuals and teams in obtaining clarity on their goals and improve their ability to collaborate in complex environments. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters (ages 5 years, and 4 months), and loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and find time for meditation.
